Lloyd has had the select distinction of being inducted into the International Presidents Premier Society for of Coldwell Banker. This honor is bestowed on agents who rank in the top 1% or less of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Addionally for the last 5 years running, Lloyd has been a member of the Florida 100.,an elite group of of the top 100 sales associates in Florida. Lloyd has consitantly led the Hollywood office as it's top sales associate in listings and sales from 2001 forward. Lloyd attributes his success to his old school work ethic his father tought him, while keeping up on the cutting edge of technology, while offering superior service that has become his trademark.
A full time REALTOR?, Lloyd is a member of the Ft. Lauderdale Board of REALTORS? and the National Association of REALTORS?. He has completed a program in Internet Certification. In keeping with his commitment to staying on the cutting edge, he has developed a full Internet marketing strategy.
A native Floridian, Lloyd was born and raised in South Florida and is thoroughly familiar with this area and its market. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a B.A. in Business Administration. |
